The platform has been completely restored. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
We identified a malfunction of the Buzzle platform and have informed our responsible service provider. We hope for a prompt resolution and will inform you here again when an update is available.
Our engineering team traced the cause to a bug introduced in a recent software update. A fix has been successfully deployed, and all scheduled actions are now operating normally.
To prevent a recurrence, we have enhanced our testing protocols for future updates. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused.
We recently identified and resolved an issue that was affecting scheduled actions tied to opening hours, such as the automatic unlocking of doors. This may have caused automated events to fail at their scheduled time. Manual control functions, including app-based access, were not impacted by this issue.
Our partner HOOC is planning a major shutdown of the HOOC Cloud for maintenance work.
During this time, customers whose location control is based on HOOC should expect the following functions to be unavailable:
Door control, including access app
Transfer of temperature sensor data
We are once again experiencing problems with the platform and are trying to restore the systems to full functionality as quickly as possible.
All services should be fully recovered. We identified an abnormal amount of requests to our infrastructure as the root cause of the failure and will try to strengthen our infrastructure to avoid such outages in the future.
We found the root cause and manually fixed all related actions for all tenants. A propper fix will be release the next days.
We identified an issue with the new opening hours feature who can trigger actions such as setting the door mode.
